CHINGGIS KHAAN
(1162-1227)

are people who have rich legacy in world political life. Mongolians struggle and
defend our statehood for over 2000 years. During this period, Mongols succeeded
in producing our own specific statehood in a transhumance manner with peculiar
structure and form. Particularly, the Mongol Empire, established by Chinggis
Khaan, occupied almost Eastern hemisphere and induced people's of the world
to be aware of concept "state", "statehood". Mongols introduced state, its law
and democracy among the people. It is possible to say that Mongols first
initiated constituents of transhu-man democracy by forming Ikh Khuraldai (Great
Congress) and Setsdiin Zuvlul (Council of Counselors). Ikh Zasag Law, came into
that period, is very significant legal document that can be equal to the ancient
Babylon's Hammurapi law and Manu Law of India.
Chinggis Khaan became emperor of empire where five races of people
speaking seven hundred and twenty different languages. They united civilized
nations in Mongol empire connecting East and west in political, economical and
cultural fields. The philosophy of international relations in this period was to
produce amity and liberty of politics, religions and various views, that became
conspicuous in the current international relations.
Chinggis khaan considered that the team of specialized professionals, the
open society, diverse multilateral military strategy, the dominance in
technology and information network and ability to engineer the organization of
the state structure. It is considered by the present world that mobility and
efficiency of Mongols in the Chinggis Khaan period were basic motivation and
method of progress and development.
The newspaper "Washington post" defined Chinggis Khaan as most famous person
of the past millennium and proper question arose, Why? This newspaper has got
the particular answer for this question. At the beginning 'Milestone of the past
millennium was fact that one nation alone was able to fully express its mighty
power world over... Chinggis Khaan and his descendants created the largest free
trade zone covering vast Eurasia. They consolidated the link between Eastern and
Western civilization.
